Deviation report

The purpose of deviation management is:

– to identify, report and document risks and abnormal events – think incidents (oops!) and accidents (ouch!)

- to determine and remedy risks and events that have occurred

- to follow up the effect of the measures taken.

Received reports, complaints and opinions must be compiled and analyzed. In this way, trends and patterns that indicate shortcomings in the quality of the business are made clear.

Deviation reporting is important for preventing injuries and risks, learning from mistakes and developing and securing the quality of the business. The purpose is not to point out individual faults or shortcomings.
