The University chaiplancy (Kyrkan på campus) invite you to join a series of three open workshops designed to explore mindfulness in everyday life. Participation is free of charge – everyone is welcome.

Noticing the small moments of joy and allowing yourself to be nourished by them.

2. Facing Challenges with Mindfulness
Embracing difficult emotions and thoughts with acceptance and kindness.

3. To really listen
How to be more mindful in relationship with yourself and others.

The workshops are held at University chaiplancy in the Natural Science building at Umeå university, second floor from the entrance.
