SVENSKA (ENGLISH scroll down) 

Multilevels anläggning består av flera aktiviteter; Ziplines där du åker i hög hastighet hängande i en sele under en vajer. En av banorna kan också åkas med rullstol.

Höghöjdsbanor där du klättrar fram på hög höjd genom olika hinder samt klätterträd där du för egen kraft klättrar upp till 10 meter högt. Samtliga aktiviteter har utvecklade säkerhetssystem som tar hand om inbromsningar och eventuella fall men trots säkerhetssystemen kan ryck och andra påfrestningar på kroppen uppstå.Vi avråder följande personer att delta i aktiviteterna:

•Om du har rygg- eller nackproblem finns en risk att dessa försämras vid en händelse av fall eller när säkerhetssystemen fångar fall eller bromsar ner hastigheten.

•Om du är gravid.

Om du har diabetes, epilepsi, hjärtproblem, allvarlig allergi el liknande som kan påverka dina möjligheter i aktiviteterna, upplys instruktören om detta innan start och vad instruktören kan behöva känna till för att hjälpa vid ett ev behov. 

Vidare intygas följande av myndig person:

•Jag har gått/kommer att gå igenom säkerhetsinstruktioner samt träna och bli godkänd i anläggningens övningsbana innan jag går vidare i aktiviteterna. (exkluderas om åkning endast sker i rullstols-ziplinen)

•Jag förstår att jag alltid måste följa instruktörens instruktioner.

•Jag väger mellan 20-120kg vid utförandet av aktiviteten vilket inkluderar tillhandahållen säkerhetsutrustning på ca 3 kg. För att åka rullstolsZiplinen väger jag max 100kg vilket inkluderar min rullstol som väger max 10kg och tillhandahållen säkerhetsutrustning på ca 4kg. Jag förstår att jag av säkerhetsskäl inte får delta om jag vägs in för lätt eller för tung. Jag är införstådd med att jag kommer att vägas innan aktiviteten.

•Min personliga säkerhetsutrustning tas på och av utav instruktör enbart på blåa mattan.

(Hanteras utrustningen oförsiktigt kan jag bli ersättningsskyldig upp till 5000 SEK)

•Jag förstår att instruktörerna av säkerhetsskäl kan behöva ta tag i min kropp eller justera säkerhetsutrustning och kan därför komma i nära kontakt med min kropp när som helst under mitt pass.

•Jag är inte påverkad av alkohol eller droger.

•Jag bär inte lösa föremål i aktiviteterna såsom mobiltelefon, nycklar etc. och bär heller inga smycken, halsband, klockor och liknande.

•Mitt långa hår är uppsatt och inga långa lösa kläder förekommer, tex sjalar och liknande.

•Jag förstår att jag kan komma i kontakt med ytor som kan ge fläckar på hud, och kan förstöra kläder, skor och liknande. Detta kan t.ex. vara kåda från träd, smörjolja från konstruktionsdelar, jord, grus, flis m.m.

•Toaletten besöker jag utan sele och jag ber instruktör ta av och ta på selen + säkerhetsutrustningen.

•Röker gör jag enbart utan sele och endast på grusområdet på parkeringen.

•Jag går inte närmre grillen/öppen eld än 3 meter när jag bär sele.

•Jag förstår att vid för stor brandrisk får inte grillen användas.

•Jag medger att Multilevel får använda foton/videor på mig från anläggningen i marknadsföringssyfte.

•Jag förstår att instruktörerna har rätt att stoppa och avbryta aktiviteterna om regler ej följs eller om det inte längre är säkert att fortsätta, t.ex. pga åskväder, extrem nederbörd, blåst eller annan orsak.

•Jag förstår att mitt pass varar totalt två timmar och avslutas vid förutbestämd tidpunkt.

•Jag godkänner även som myndig person att tillåta deltagare yngre än 18 år att delta.

ENGLISH 

Multilevel consists of several activites; Ziplines where you ride in high speeds, hanging in a harness underneath a wire. One of the wires can be ridden sitting in a wheelchair.

High Ropes Courses where you climb up high in trees through different obstacles and Climbing trees where you climb up to 10 meters high. All activities have developed safety systems that take care of reducing the speed and possible falls but despite these, jerks and other tensions on your body can occur.

We advise against participating if:

•You have back or neck problems, there is a risk that these can get worse.

•You are pregnant.

If you have diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, serious allergy or similar that can affect your possibilities in the activiteis, inform the instructors in advance and what they need to know in case you need help.

Further, the following is confirmed by an authoritative person:

•I have participated/will participate in the safetyinstructions and trained in the trainingcourse with approved result before I start the activities. For persons in a wheelchair, specific instructions will be explained.

•I understand I always must follow instructions from guides/instructors.

•I weigh between 20-120kg at the time I perform the activities which include personal protection equipment weighing 3kg. To ride the WheelchairZipline, my weight is max 100kg and includes my wheelchair of max 10kg and provided personal protection equipment of 4kg. I understand that I am not allowed to participate if I weigh too much or too little. I understand that I will be weighed before the activities.

•My personal protection equipment will only be put on and off by guides/instructors on the blue carpet.

If I handle the equipment carelessly, I will pay up to 5000 SEK as a fee.

•I understand that instructors for safety reasons can grab my body and/or adjust my equipment and can therefore come in contact with my body, anytime.

•I am under no influence of drugs or alcohol.

•I do not carry loose items such as telephones, keys and do not carry jewelry, necklaces, clocks and similar that might get caught.

•Long, loose hair is secured with headbands and I have no loose clothes e.g. scarfes, headgears that can get caught.

•I understand I might come in contact with surfaces that can give stains on skin, and can destroy clothes, shoes etc. This can e.g. be tree resin, grease, dirt, gravel, wood chips etc.

•I visit the toilet without protection equipment and I ask guides/instructors to take off and put on the equipment.

•I smoke only without personal protection equipment and at the parking area, on gravel.

•I am further away from the grill than 3 meters when I wear protection equipment.

•I understand that the grill is forbidden to use if there is high risk of fire.

•I admit that Multilevel can use photos/videos of me for marketing purposes. Cross this line out if not accepted.

•I understand the guides/instructors can stop the activities if rules are not followed or stopped due to thunder and lightning, extreme precipitation, strong winds or any other reason.

•I understand that I have total 2 hours to perform the activities and I will finish at the decided time.

•I as authoritative, allow minors, incapacitated and persons below 18 years old, to participate in the activities.
